Skills Required   Technical: - Fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Mail/Calendar, MS Project, and Visio) - Strong analytical skills - Experience writing Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Training material. - Understanding of technical terminology - Understanding of basic database concepts Personal/Professional: - At least 3-5 years of in IT initiatives; must understand the full lifecycles of systems development including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, production turnover, documentation and post- production support. - Strong verbal and written communications skills across all levels of the firm; must be professional in approach and able to communicate with business unit managers, developers, engineers and service managers. and foster relationships - Self starter, motivated and can work unsupervised - Structured, organized approaching projects; able to set and meet delivery dates - Able to work in a fast changing environment at times under pressure
