The candidate will be part of a newly established Global team and must be comfortable working in a distributed team environment.
Skills Required
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Monitor Work queues to ensure SLA’s are met. Track issues and status in Firm tracking tool.
• Identify invalid requests and work with the requestor to understand existing process and procedures
• Monitor work queues and email for user questions, re-route questions to appropriate parties
• Maintain department wide documentation and procedures
• Participate in report reviews and escalate any anomalies according to procedure
• Identifying efficiency opportunities
• Participate in Business Continuity tests
• Occasional Travel may be required
• Heavy client interaction
• On Call required
Skills Desired
• College degree or 4 years of on Job experience.
• Understanding of security administration concepts and technologies. Mainframe experience helpful but not necessary
• Financial Services experiences preferred
• Capable of working independently with limited oversight
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be a team player and foster a team first environment and culture
• Motivated self starter with a passion for learning
