Service-Now is an IT Service Management platform. A large project is in progress to migrate EI, IDEAS, GWM and other BUs to Service-Now as an ITSM platform. 

This position is to join the Service-Now core team focused on connectivity with the vendor, API development, RBA integration and infrastructure engineering. The initial focus will be connectivity and integration work related to the GWM Configuration Management implementation in Service-Now.

The main responsibilities of the core infrastructure team members will be:

• Infrastructure engineering tasks related to connectivity, Mid Server (middle tier broker) and flow of data between Service-Now and Morgan Stanley

• API development work related to configuration management requirements for programmatic access to data in Service-Now

• Focus on testing and implementation for upgrades to the MID Server.

• UI development and data integration work for Configuration Management implementation

• Data warehouse setup and maintenance    

• A good understanding of IT system, web development and overall infrastructure

• Advance PERL/XML/Javascript programming skills

• SOAP and Webservices experience a must

• Advanced Database architecture and SQL knowledge

• Advanced understanding of Linux OS

• 3-5 years of infrastructure engineering and PERL development experience    

• Java is a plus

• ITIL knowledge is a plus

• MSDE familiarity is a plus

• Experience working on large projects with changing requirements is plus
