Under this arrangement, Kovasys will provide fully qualified resources to your organization on a contract or temporary basis. Kovasys employees will present you with weekly timesheets for your approval and Kovasys will invoice your organization on a bi-weekly basis.
This option allows your organization flexible access to highly skilled resources. For those times when you need support in meeting rapid changes in workload, Kovasys will find the resources you need, when they are needed.
Your organization is allowed to convert our consultant into full time employee at permanent placement fees listed below within 6 months of contract commencement (Contract-to-Hire). Permanent placement fee and our permanent placement guarantee do not apply, if your organization hires resource 6 months from contract commencement date.
Permanent Placement
Under this arrangement, Kovasys will recruit, screen and provide a fully qualified resource to your organization for permanent placement. Using this option, the final hiring decision is yours and Kovasys will present candidates to your organization to interview upon completion of the Kovasys screening process. Our fee for our recruitment efforts is a contingency fee, is employer paid and is based upon the annual income package offered and accepted by the selected Kovasys recommended candidate.
Our fee is due only if, and when, a Kovasys recommended candidate is hired and commences work. Thus, you are under no obligation to Kovasys should you wish to interview any Kovasys recommended candidate.
