If I meet an IT professional that fits your placeable profile, should I refer that person?
Yes, please do. However, because we deal primarily with contract projects for IT professionals, it is best if that person is a professional contractor already or is thinking about becoming a professional contractor.

What if I refer a person this year, and you find a contract for them two or three years down the road, do I still get $500?
Yes, absolutely.

What if the person I am referring is in the databank at Kovasys Inc. already and has been in touch with Kovasys Inc.?
Sorry, the $500 is for introducing us to new IT professionals that we have not met. You can check this with the person you are referring before you make the referral.

If my referral gets a contract, do I have any period of time I must wait before getting my referral payment?
There is no time delay or minimum length of contract; you get the payment as soon as the referred IT professional starts his or her first contract.

Do I get a referral fee for every additional contract the person I refer receives through Kovasys Inc.?
The referral fee is for only the first contract. Extensions and additional contracts are not included.

Can I refer more than one person?
Yes, you could be in our databank as the referral source for any number of new people. If you had, for example, 10 or more referrals into Kovasys Inc. the odds are you will get quite a few referral payments.

Can I refer somebody from another country who is  not in Canada presently?
We need to qualify everyone in person before we recommend them to our clients. Please refer people living in or moving to the city where you are referring them.

Can I refer myself?
No.

The best way is to call or send an e-mail to a Kovasys Inc. with the person's name and e-mail address or phone number, or to tell us to expect a call from one of your associates. We will put your name in their databank file as the person to credit the referral.
