Job Description
The
analyst reviews, evaluates, designs, implements and maintains SQL queries for
ad hoc and scheduled reporting as well as writing code for database access,
modification, and construction including stored procedures.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Reporting Services (high-end report
availability for senior staff members,including IIS Logs, Email Statistics,
Phone Stat Reporting,etc.)
- Crystal
Reports: maintain current report repository, including report usage audits
and code standardization
- Troubleshoot
SQL log errors, database health reporting
- Occasional
database refreshes to the Test and Training environments
- Research
alternative options for report presentation,
- Make data easily accessible while maintaining an audit trail and security
- Development
with SQL Integration Services (SSIS)
- SharePoint
(basic management)
- Investigation
of new technologies (SQL 2008, IBM Cognos, etc.)
Educational Requirements - Bachelor's
degree and 2-4 years of related experience in the field
