We are looking for level 1 support customer rep to work on a 3 months contract starting ASAP for our software client in Old Montreal.
Requirements:
-ability to learn new software quickly
-ability to problem solve
-ability to resolve issues “once and done” (not just take tickets)
-ability to work as a member of a team
-ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, demanding environment
-proficiency with MS Office and ticket-taking software
-experience with L1 and/or L2 customer support on an inbound helpdesk, minimum 1 year
-experience supporting software application packages
-technical background a bonus
-starting immediately
-fluency in English mandatory, preferably with a Canadian/U.S. English accent
-fluency in French a bonus
-some shift work may be required (between the hours of 8am to 8pm)
