A young a dynamic company developing digital and interactive product information displays is seeking a Business Analyst to join its service and implementation team. We are seeking a creative, passionate, and logical candidates excited about being at the forefront of technology.
Main responsabilities:
- 2 main parts: Business analysis and the current operations and customer support management.
- Analyse the customer needs and respond to those needs as accurately as possible.
- Come up with alternative solutions.
- Prepare the content intended to be deployed.
- Analyse and advise the client on the ongoing management of the products.
- Train the clients on our customized software
- Write User guides
- Take care of Analysis for some projects (Business analysis writing and storyboard designing)
- Working closely with the development team and our third party (graphic designers)
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering or Management with some interest in project management.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Some experience with driving changes (an asset)
- Detail-oriented and autonomous individual willing to work within a team.
- Ability to work under a high level of pressure
Languages:
Bilingual both written and spoken in French and English
