We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator who has 3 years of experience administrating medium to large SharePoint farms in a production environment. Candidate must be very hands-on with deep understanding of the SharePoint infrastructure and topology. 

The candidate should be familiar with concepts like load balancing and common practices/tasks to manage and maintain a farm (backup/restore, sql database maintenance jobs, search index backup etc). The candidate will have the opportunity to work with SharePoint 2010 and help develop an infrastructure strategy for the SharePoint 2010 within the firm. 

Skills Required

- Understanding of object-oriented (OO) concepts, programming and systems design  

- Intermediate Windows C# programming  

- Understanding of Windows 2003 Enterprise Server  

- Experience with SQL programming and relational databases  

- Excellent client communications skills  

- Team player with strong sense of commitment and drive towards problem resolution  

- Proven troubleshooting skills in a support environment and experience dealing with infrastructure issues  

- Experience of work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
