You will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration and administration of the VoIP telephone system. Will install and manage all hardware and software for the communication and VOIP systems.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or technical degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum of 3-5 years hands on experience with network devices, routers, switches, firewalls etc.
- Knowledge of Cisco Network Security and associated products and technology.
- Cisco voice or data certifications is an asset
- Thorough knowledge of VOIP systems
- Strong Troubleshooting and Documentations Skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong research and investigative abilities
- Ability to work outside of normal hours when required
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies

- Bonne aptitude en communication - autant à l’orale qu’à l’écrit, en français et en anglais
- Fortes capacités de recherche et d’enquête
- Capacité de travailler en dehors des heures habituelles lorsque requis
