- Java client-server development, concurrent/thread management, Servlets, SOAP, XML, JSP, ExtJS, JDBC, Spring MVC/Webflow
- Relational database design and development experience with focus on Sybase
- Objective Oriented Programming and Service Oriented Architecture experience
- Unix/Linux, shell scripting or PERL, Ant, Ivy, JUnit, Perforce, Autosys
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities between project and non-project work
