Candidate’s responsibilities include project management, effort estimations, technical analysis and design of data, application and system processes. Candidate must quickly acquire technical knowledge from existing data and application platform and strives for creative solutions that are flexible and maintainable. The candidate should be comfortable managing a team of 25-50 people.

Java client-server development, concurrent/thread management, Servlets, SOAP, XML, JSP, ExtJS, JDBC, Relational database design and development experience with focus on Sybase - Object Oriented Programming and Service Oriented Architecture experience - Unix/Linux, shell scripting or modern build, release and configuration management systems
Candidate should be bilingual in French and English
