We are looking for a junior Java developer with 2-4 years of experience.
As a member of the team, the primary responsibilities for the position are:
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily production system and will be involved developing the RDS engine components, the secure RDS Admin tool, and other web based utilities. The developer will be responsible for full life - cycle development. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated, self-starter with initiative, drive and the ability to understand business issues. With light supervision, the candidate should be able to carry out all tasks necessary in order to deliver quality solutions to our business unit clients.
SKILLS
Required:
+ Solid experience building large complex/scalable distributed applications in Unix/linux environment.
+ Strong Analytical and design skills.
+ Should be familiar with all aspects of the software development life cycle.
+ SOAP/XML/Web services.
+ Java
+ Unix/shell
+ Relational databases (Preferably Sybase) Proficient with SQL.
Desired:
Experience with PERL, XML, MQ, ASP.NET, C#
