We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of IT experience to work in a group focused on records management and archiving solutions. The successful candidate will have strong experience administering, deploying and maintaining efficient solutions to complex business requirements.
Strong verbal and written communications skills are required. The candidate must be comfortable communicating with business unit managers, developers, engineers and service managers.
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, someone who can work independently and as a member of a team and work under pressure in a fast changing environment.
Skills Required
- Database and system administration experience.
- Programming Languages: Perl, Unix Shell programming, UNIX Shells.
- Windows Server management.
- Products: Archive or Content Management products in general.
- Strong UNIX server skills, especially LINUX.
Skills Desired
- Experience with administration of integrated document archiving and retention systems such as OnDemand, Mobius, or AXSOne.
- Sybase, DB2, and MS SQL familiarity.
- ETL experience, especially Informatica, a plus.
- BI experience, especially BOXI/Crystal systems a plus.
- Flex, CGI, C# and other UI development expertise a plus.
- Information retrieval, search or document mgt experience a plus but not required.
