Verification of the intended customer use-case, business logic and traffic flows.
Write system specifications, upgrade procedures and test plans.
Preparations of the installation environment.
Product installation, configuration, integration and acceptance testing support.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Cisco CCNA certified.
5 years experience.
BSc. in related field
Hands-on experience in installing operating systems or hardware solutions.
Knowledge of messaging products and SMS & MMS protocols.
Understanding of the operating environment and requirements of mobile operators.
Knowledge of Network protocols for video streaming,
Technical Skills
Knowledge of mobile VAS platforms and IT systems, especially SMS/MMS/WAP
Knowledge of standards and technologies related to mobile data services
Knowledge of Internet standards and protocols.
TCP / IP networks, and excellent skills designing, configuring and troubleshooting IP networks
Working knowledge of UNIX including installing and configuring products to run on UNIX based systems, trouble-shooting applications running on UNIX, and scripting.
Bilingual French and English
