Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in a technical support function, ideally on infrastructure, desktop, and/or application issues within a Windows environment.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and solving challenging technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, verbally and written
- Flexible to work after hours on occasion to provide emergency support or perform upgrades.
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with occasional travel outside of the Toronto area
