Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support function, ideally on infrastructure, desktop, and/or application issues within a Windows environment.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and solving challenging technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, verbally and written
  • Flexible to work after hours on occasion to provide emergency support or perform upgrades. 
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable with occasional travel outside of the Toronto area
