Business Development Software Sales Account Representative with a positive and motivated attitude. Chosen candidates must be fluently bilingual (written and spoken) with significant sales experience and willing to make a personal commitment to achieve the company’s sales objectives. In this role, you would assume the responsibility of managing all aspects of the sales cycle for new prospects (large accounts).
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop new accounts and promote company products and services to prospects and clients (typically General Counsel and/or Corporate Senior Management) across Canada.
- Analyze customer needs and requirements and present appropriate solutions (LS modules)
- Find / create incremental business opportunities and drive closure within dedicated customer account base
- Create and maintain strong customer relationships, proactive account management and outstanding customer service
- Represent the company in the community by attending appropriate industry or networking events
Qualifications:
- - Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, in the IT industry, preferably in the software industry (B2B)
- - Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or other equivalent experience.
- - Above average customer relationship (positive interaction and professionalism with customers)
- - Motivated and able to effectively prospect, identify and close sales opportunities.
- - Excellent communication (both verbal and written), questioning and listening skills in both English and French. Good on the phone to book meeting.
