Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team that delivers 24×7 incident management for 500+ of Linux and Windows servers delivering mission-critical services
- Troubleshoot the latest Windows, Linux and virtualization technologies
- Manage applications to monitor service uptime and performance
- Provide regular team performance and incident reporting to management
- Liaise with product development teams to ensure production deployments are done properly and in a timely fashion
- Work with other IT leaders to develop and improve incident management processes and proactive systems operation practices
Requirements:
- 4-6 years working with Linux, preferably RHEL/CentOS, and MS Windows server operating systems
- 2-3 years experience managing monitoring software
- Experience supporting Apache/Tomcat/JBoss web application servers
- 1-2 years team leader experience
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication skills
